Once you have received your lodge booking reference, you can pre-book your golf tee times by calling the Golf Shop directly on 01837 55742. We strongly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment, particularly during peak periods.

The Ashbury Golf Resort is the world’s 9th largest golf resort, offering an impressive 103 holes of golf set across 500 acres of stunning countryside, with breath taking views over Dartmoor and the rolling Devon landscape.

Each course has been thoughtfully designed to work with the natural features of the land, ensuring that every round offers a distinct and rewarding golfing experience.

The Four Courses

Kigbeare – A challenging course featuring well-designed risk-and-reward holes

Beeches – Requires careful, considered play and rewards golfers with spectacular views

Pines – Meanders through tree-lined fairways for a classic parkland feel

Oakwood – Demands accuracy with strategically placed hazards

Golf Entitlement During Your Stay

All golfers are entitled to:

18 holes of long-course golf on arrival day (PM round only)

18 holes of long-course golf on departure day (AM round only)

27 holes of long-course golf on all other days

To help you make the most of your stay, The Ashbury’s experienced golf team will create a balanced golf schedule designed to give you:

A mixture of courses

A variety of tee times (morning and afternoon)

Evenly spaced tee times across all courses

To maintain course balance and course quality, multiple rounds on the same course may not always be possible. The resort also reserves the right to pair single golfers and two-ball groups where necessary.

New for 2025 – Priority Tee Time Booking

To help manage demand during the busiest periods, a £2 per person priority booking charge per tee time has been introduced for selected times during the peak golf season.

Outside of these peak periods, guests are welcome to reserve tee times free of charge.

Golf is available every day throughout the year. During the autumn to spring months, The Ashbury Golf Resort reserves the right to operate alternative winter courses, subject to weather conditions.
