5 Kigbeare lodge has idyllic views overlooking the Kigbeare Golf Course at The Ashbury Golf Resort. Situated on the northern edge of Dartmoor National Park, it is centrally located to explore both Devon and Cornwall, quite literally it is a hidden gem! 

Our Lodge stylishly accommodates up to 8 people or 6 people and two well behaved family dogs. It includes membership to The Ashbury and Manor resorts with their Spa with Thermal Suite and Hydro Pools, four 18 hole golf courses, padel tennis courts, snooker halls, sports halls, shooting ranges, football pitches and crafting facilities.  The resort have introduced an app allowing guests to book their activities two weeks before their arrival, some small charges apply when booking certain activities.

For those who have stayed at the resort before, you will understand the value of having your own quiet socialising area, stunning uninterrupted views and spacious modern living space.  The large open plan design has a contemporary kitchen, dining area and enough sofa space for everyone to relax. With Wi-Fi throughout and a 60” smart tv, you'll be able to retreat to your own peaceful haven at the end of a busy day.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable super king size bed and walk through wardrobe to an ensuite shower room. Two twin bedrooms, all with full size single beds, share the generous main family shower room. In the lounge, two of the sofas open to provide  sleeping facilities for an extra 2 people allowing the lodge to host a maximum of 8 people. All bedding and towels are included in your stay and there is complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

Self catering gives you the freedom to enjoy your own food and drinks choices. You can even arrange for your favourite supermarket to “home” deliver directly to the lodge. The fully equipped kitchen hosts a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and Tassimo coffee machine.

Two sets of French doors transition to the fabulous large decking area with views over Kigbeare golf course and distant Dartmoor, perfect for alfresco dining and watching the world go by in either the dining or relaxing seating.

Outside the shed provides lockable storage for golfing equipment and there is an electric car charging point available for use, just let us know if you need access to it. Its a short 5 minute walk to the Hydro Spa, Golf shop and main reception to The Ashbury Resort.
